Sun damage, freckles, broken capillaries, hyperpigmentation, sun spots, plus so much more. All of which is a result of years of sun exposure and skin damage without the proper Skincare and sun protection. Love Glow Studio is now happy to introduce Photofacial with the one and only Lumecca branded laser. Let us help return your complexion to its former glory! Lumecca is the most powerful intense pulsed light “(IPL) therapy on the market targeted for treating hyperpigmented and vascular lesions along the surface of the skin. In one single treatment, you will see drastic improvements in the quality of complexion and smoothness of lines and wrinkles. Lumecca utilizes Photothermolysis, which simply means using light (photo) and heat (Thermo) to break down (lysis) problem areas. While this may sound extreme, we can assure you, at Love Glow Studio, this treatment is very comfortable and produces profound results. Lumecca works by emitting a strong light into the blemished areas of the skin deep below the surface to effectively “blast” away and break down the imperfection turning into waste that your body can then absorb and eliminate. Leave our Studio with a dramatically clearer, more even skin tone that only gets better with time! See optimal results after just 1-2 weeks.
Before treatment, our highly trained, and thorough staff at LGS will provide you with an initial assessment and consultation to answer any questions and evaluate your skin to ensure optimal safety and only the best results! Before your first treatment, avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 4 weeks before treatment (including spray tans) to help prep the skin and decrease any instance of irritation. Immediately following your Photofacial treatment, some redness is normal and typically resolves within several hours. You should be careful of sun exposure post-treatment as your skin could be more susceptible to sunlight and burning, continuing to avoid direct sun exposure and tanning immediately following the implementation of appropriate sun care, like SPF, and wearing protective clothing.
For best results, a series of treatments may be required and LGS staff will help create the optimal treatment protocol for you!
