Late Cancellations/No Show’s

We charge a $25 late cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and for “no show’s.” Cancellations made before the 24-hour window can be done through Schedulicty.

How to get GLOW PERFECTION with your LOVE GLOW AIRBRUSH TAN

3 days prior to your session: Exfoliate your skin using a substantial salt or sugar scrub, that also contains oil. Hydrate your skin afterward with lotion of any kind. All waxing, mani's and pedi's should be done on this day.
2 days before your session: Exfoliate your skin using a body wash that contains a small particle (light exfoliant), such as jojoba beads, and contains NO oil. Hydrate your skin afterward with lotion of any kind.
The day before your session: Exfoliate again with a body wash containing a small particle exfoliant, but NO oil. Apply lotion to the skin afterward that also does NOT contain oil.
The DAY OF your session: Shower, shave and exfoliate your skin again using a body wash containing a small particle exfoliant, and contains NO oil. After a shower, skip applying lotion, oil, perfume or deodorant. Eye make-up is fine but skip concealer and foundation.
Arrive in dark underwear of your choice, along with dark, loose-fitting clothing. NO WORK-OUT BRAS, YOGA PANTS or anything containing LYCRA! In warm temps, this looks like a loose fitting tee, with loose fitting shorts, or a slip-on loose maxi dress or t-shirt dress with flip-flops. NO socks and avoid tight fitting shoes, like sneakers. In the winter, this looks like a loose fitting long sleeved tee, with loose-fitting, wide legged pants or loose sweat pant joggers. (Notice I said, "loose?") Opt for slip-on style loafers, or any shoe that you can wear without socks. Bring with you: lip gloss/chapstick, deodorant, and any powder/mineral foundation you want to apply after your tan (no liquid foundation).
IMPORTANT: The FDA has recommended that ALL spray tan solution (even organic) should NOT come into contact with mucous membranes (i.e. your lips, eyes, and genitals). Therefore, we ask that you apply a lip product to your lips, wear undergarments and close your eyes during your session. We take every precaution we can to protect your health and the health of our Airbrush Artist. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you are sprayed in a room with high-quality ventilation. We use commercial grade extraction fans with the highest rated filters. We provide complimentary masks and "peepers" to cover the eyes. All pregnant or nursing Moms must get permission from their Doctor to get a spray tan.
After your session: Take care in getting dressed, so as not to rub off solution that is still absorbing into the skin. Do not sweat or get wet during the time that your tan is processing. This will cause the tan to streak, run, or become blotchy. After the designated processing time, shower off the cosmetic bronzer and pat skin dry. Apply a hydrating lotion twice a day to slow down the rate of exfoliation in your skin.
The average airbrush tan lasts 5-10 days. However, the longevity of your tan depends greatly on your skin type and prep work! Clients with super dry skin will experience a shorter longevity. However, glow perfection is easy to achieve if you follow my advice and choose skin products that are airbrush friendly. Love Glow Studio offers the most cutting-edge, skin healthy products that give you a beautiful, lasting, healthy glow. Now go get your glow on!

PRE and POST Neuromodulators

-Schedule your treatment at least 2 weeks prior to your event, as final results may take 4-7 days, or up to 2 weeks. Best results occur over time when injections are done every 3-4 months.
-Most injections are not painful and do not require numbing cream. However, numbing cream is available for those that prefer it. It is our goal that you're comfortable, and relaxed during your treatment.
-Avoid Alcohol for 24 hours prior and high doses of anti-inflammatory or blood thinning medications at least 2 weeks prior to procedure to reduce chances of bruising. Medications include aspirin, Vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, St. John's Wort; Omega3/Fish oils supplements, warfarin/Coumadin, or heparin. Limit high doses of anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil or Aleve as they can also increase risks of bruising.
-You are not a candidate for this treatment if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
-Avoid heavy exercise for 4-6 hours after injections due to decreasing the efficacy of the product. Exercise prior to procedure is ok.
-Remain upright for 4-6 hours after procedure. (i.e. Do not go home and take a nap as the product may settle or spread in places not wanted.)
-A"bee sting" appearance to the injection area is common, and will resolve in 30 minutes to a few hours.
-Do not press on the "bee stings" with your fingers, or ice for at least 4-6 hours after treatment, as it may spread the product.
-Use your facial muscles as you would normally do! This does help the product to settle.
-Full results will be seen in 14 days so please allow that amount of time to evaluate the results. We provide touch-ups or further consultation, as needed.

PRE and POST Dermal Fillers

-Schedule your treatment at least 2 weeks prior to the your event, as the optimum result may take 4-7 days. In addition, bruising is common after treatment, especially around the mouth.
-We provide topical numbing cream to the treatment areas to decrease injection pain. After the treatment you may apply ice or cold gel packs to the injection areas for 15 minutes at a time to help with pain and swelling. Do not apply ice or cold pack longer than 15 minute intervals.
-Avoid Alcohol for 24 hours and/or high doses of anti-inflammatory or blood thinning medications at least 2 weeks PRIOR to your treatment to reduce chances of bruising. Medications include aspirin, Vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, St. John's Wort; Omega3/Fish oils supplements, warfarin/Coumadin, or heparin. Also limit high doses of anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil or Aleve as they can also increase risks of bruising.
-You are not a candidate for this treatment if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
-Reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you have a rash, cold sore or significant blemish in the area to be treated.
-Avoid heavy exercise for 24 hours AFTER injections to prevent decreasing the efficacy of the product. Exercise prior to procedure is ok.
-Redness and swelling in injections areas is common. Bruising may also be visible or appear in a few days. "Firmness" to treatment areas can also be noticeable for 1-2 weeks after treatment. This will soften and settle over time.
-To ensure a smooth and even correction, we may massage the area(s) treated which may cause a temporary, minimal amount of redness to your skin.
-Use your facial muscles as you would normally do! This does help the product to settle.
-Full results will be seen in 14 days so please allow that amount of time to evaluate the results. We are happy to provide touch-ups or further consultation for any concerns.
-If you are scheduling more treatments the same day as your injections, please notify us so we may help to ensure full efficacy of the product.

What are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal Fillers are injectable products that are implanted directly into the skin in order to lessen the appearance of fine, or deep facial lines, wrinkles, or scars. Dermal fillers can also improve structure in areas where the collagen has weakened. Most dermal fillers consist of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring non-immunogenic substance. Once injected into the collagen fibers, hyaluronic acid pulls in water from the body to plump the skin, providing a more youthful appearance. Metabolized by the body over time, fillers can last 6 months to 2 years, depending on the type used. The most common treatment areas include naso- labial folds, fine lines around mouth, marionette lines, lips, and upper cheeks. Popular brand names include Restylane (patent sign), Juvaderm (patent sign), and Belotero. What are Neuromodulators?

Neuromodulators are wrinkle-relaxing agents that are injected into facial muscles to reduce or prevent wrinkles. They contain "botulinum toxin" - an effective and safe agent that blocks the chemical receptor to prevent or reduce the muscle from contracting. This reduction in contraction will smooth out the appearance of the underlying skin, or wrinkle. The effects of neuromodulators typically last 3-4 months. Brand names include Botox, Dysport ™, and Xeomin. We utilize all three brands of neuromodulators.
